  • We love to ask questions, and that is what this step of the process is all about. We usually conduct this conversation in person or over the phone with the goal of digging very deep on your hopes and dreams so that we can develop a strategy to achieve those hopes and dreams at the highest level possible.

  • In the Visit portion of the process we will work with you to select neighborhoods to explore and homes to tour. If needed, we will get you in touch with our network of local referral partners. From lenders, to title attorneys, to contractors, to mechanics, to hair stylists, or what ever you need, we have you covered.

    As ambassadors of Middle Tennessee we pride ourselves on our ability to show off the Volunteer State. If you are visiting from our of town we are happy to provide recommendations on lodging, restaurants, coffee shops, night life, family activities, or anything else you might need to get the most out of your stay in Tennessee.

  • Once we have landed on the right property we will work with you to write the most competitive offer possible. We develop a deep level of rapport with agents on the other side of the transaction, and pull expertise from our lending partners to ensure that we put you in the best possible position to achieve your goals.

    When our contract is accepted and are under contract we will guide you through the process every step of the way and attend all of your inspections, appraisals, and contractor visits. Again we are happy to connect you with any of the associated referral partners you need to make sure your decision comes with complete peace of mind.

  • Closing day is our favorite day! We will be there with you as you sign the paperwork and start this new chapter of your life. Whether this is your first home or your 40th, closing day is always exciting and we will be at the table to answer any questions you may have.
